Nichols Architects is looking for qualified architects with a minimum of 10+ years’ experience to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to work on Revit Models and develop Drawing Sets for Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents. All candidates should have a professional architectural degree from an accredited school. The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture and construction
• Professional experience in multi-story residential, mixed-use, and hospitality preferred
• Advanced knowledge of construction codes and agency compliance
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in Revit is a MUST
• Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Lumion or Blender experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings to discuss project, technical issues and coordination with other disciplines
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Utilize knowledge of materials and processes in order to create ideal finished product
