Financial services giant JP Morgan Chase will double its space in Miami’s Brickell. New York-based JPMorgan expanded its lease by 80,000 square feet to 160,000 square feet at the 1450 Brickell Avenue tower, according to the tenant’s news release and spokesperson. The expansion will take place over two years and will accommodate 400 employees, in addition to the 500 who already work at the tower.
