Wynhouse, an eight-story building developed by New York City-based real estate firm Fisher Bros, is close to top out, new construction images show.
The building, designed by Nichols Architects, honors the industrial and artisanal essence of the historic neighborhood. It will incorporate a network of interconnected paseos, facilitating pedestrian movement across the ground level and granting access to various retail spaces. At the intersection of these pathways, an open-to-the-sky segment welcomes light and air, adding a refreshing touch to the environment.
