Fisher Brothers lifts an airstream to Wynhouse amenity deck – PROFILEMiami

Thu May 16 2024

Following the recent topping-off of Wynhouse Miami, construction teams from Suffolk Construction have installed an airstream as a unique rooftop offering in its outdoor amenity space for residents. Wynhouse is being developed by New York City-based Fisher Brothers, a fourth-generation real estate company that owns, manages and operates unique spaces across the country. Rising eight stories, the mixed-use multifamily Wynhouse Miami in the heart of Wynwood will deliver 308 rental residences, approximately 26,000 square feet of ground floor retail and paseo space and nearly 25,000 square feet of expansive indoor and outdoor amenities. The project is set to open its doors in Q1 2025.

In recent years, the Wynwood neighborhood has transformed into an energetic hub featuring captivating street art and brimming with mystery as it is filled with hidden entrances, surprising corridors and a network of connected alleyways. Building architect Nichols Architects incorporated these elements as the starting point for the design of Wynhouse Miami. In the next phase of construction, Nichols Architects’ conscientious exploration of Wynwood’s existing culture and rich history will come to life in the completion of Wynhouse Miami.
