Our team at Nichols Architects recently visited the construction site of Armando Codina’s latest project in Coral Gables: Regency Parc.

This 18-story tower is rising quickly, showcasing impressive efficiency and craftsmanship. From the breathtaking views on the upper levels to on-site insights that shape our design decisions, there was plenty to explore and learn during the visit.

With the project located so close to our office, we’ve had the unique opportunity to watch its progress unfold daily—a constant reminder of the impact thoughtful design and collaboration can have on the urban landscape.
