West Palm Point Advances in Downtown West Palm Beach – TheRealDeal

Fri Jul 10 2026

Downtown West Palm Beach continues to evolve as one of South Florida’s premier business destinations. West Palm Point adds to that momentum, bringing a new generation of Class A office space to the city’s rapidly growing commercial core.

The 25-story West Palm Point office tower has resumed the permitting process, according to TheRealDeal, marking a significant milestone for the long-anticipated development at 850 South Quadrille Boulevard. Designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners, with Nichols Architects serving as Architect of Record, the project will deliver approximately 400,000 square feet of Class A office space, ground-floor retail, an 11-story parking garage, and a rooftop amenity deck. As Architect of Record, Nichols is leading the technical coordination, permitting, and execution that will bring the design from concept to construction.

West Palm Point reflects the continued demand for high-quality commercial architecture in downtown West Palm Beach, where new investment is reshaping the city’s skyline and attracting major employers. The project reinforces Nichols Architects’ longstanding experience delivering complex commercial developments throughout South Florida in collaboration with internationally recognized design firms.
