With First Tower Near Top Off, Permit Filed For 2nd Nichols designed Nexus Riverside Tower – The Next Miami

A construction permit application was filed for a second residential tower at downtown Miami’s Nexus Riverside complex, just as construction of the first tower neared top off.

The second tower is known as Nexus Riverside 1B, and will include 345 apartments and 393 parking spaces in a 36-story tower.
Nexus Riverside 1B received UDRB approval in November, and the height was submitted to the FAA in December. A utilities deal was completed in September.
The first tower, Modera Riverside, is also 36 stories, and was almost at top off on December 31, a photo by Phillip Pessar shows.
