Two large voids in the building extend the network of Wynwood’s activated public spaces up and into the fabric of the hotel, carving out areas for outdoor art galleries and allowing light and air into the guestrooms.
The ground floor includes a 8,662 sf general commercial space (being developed as an entertainment venue), a hotel lobby and lounge, service areas, and a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The second floor consists of a 100% valet parking deck with hydraulic lifts accommodating 73 vehicles (plus 10 additional spaces at street level). At the third level there is a 4,220 sf courtyard with event spaces, interior flex/meeting spaces, indoor/outdoor bar, a fitness center, an exterior yoga deck facing North Miami Court, and 11 guestrooms. Levels 4 through 8 accommodate typical guestrooms. At the top of the building on level 9 there is a pool deck with a 68’X18’ stainless steel pool, 4 cabanas, a bar with additional outdoor seating covered by a retractable awning, and a penthouse suite. In all, there are 217 guestrooms with 1 standard suite, 1 hospitality suite and 1 penthouse suite.
Included are active displays of art throughout the building.
