Located just north of the MET 2 phase of Metropolitan Miami, MET 3 stands as a prominent addition to the downtown Miami skyline. The development features a 36,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market and the 32-story luxury rental tower, Monarc at Met 3. The building includes 462 luxury apartments, ranging from 680 to 1,450 square feet, along with a self-parking garage offering several hundred spaces. The ground floor houses the grocery store, while Monarc’s interior amenities include a club-quality fitness center, spa with treatment rooms, a screening room with theater-quality sound, and an open lounge area. Outdoors, residents can enjoy a landscaped deck with a resort-style pool, yoga lawn, bocce ball court, grilling stations, kitchen areas, and two outdoor bars.

Throughout the construction process, our teams worked closely to ensure the design intent was faithfully executed, delivering a final structure that captures the essence of the original vision. Monarc at Met 3 was named a finalist in ULI’s 2017 Vision Awards for Project of the Year, solidifying its status as a key development in downtown Miami.
