West Palm Point is a 23-story, 338-foot tower offering 470,000 square feet of Class A+ office space in one of South Florida’s fastest-growing financial hubs. At ground level, a distinctive drop-off and pedestrian paseo connect the tower to a stand-alone parking structure for 1,200 cars, activating the streetscape with a welcoming public realm.
