FAA Filings Submitted for Miami World Tower 2

Tue May 26 2026

Block E at Miami World Center is gearing up for its next chapter. FAA filings have been submitted for Miami World Tower 2, following a permit application filed earlier this year that is currently under review.

Designed by Nichols Architects and developed by New York City-based Lalezarian Properties, Phase 2 was designed as a tower duo, adding 705 residential units at a maximum height of 694 feet. Sitting atop a 13-level parking garage, the amenities deck on top of the podium will be serving all phases of the project.

With Tower 1 opening last year and the Block E commercial component approaching completion, Miami World Towers is shaping up to be one of Downtown Miami’s most transformative developments — and we’re proud to be designing every floor of it.
