President Igor Reyes and Project Manager Luis Sanchez will present Context Cues the Design at 9:40 AM, offering insights into the design of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Coastal Convention Center. Their session will explore how the building’s location outside the main resort campus became a catalyst for a bold, distinct design approach. Drawing inspiration from the historic Fontainebleau and the original château-style sketches, the team reinterpreted classic elements with modern materials to create something both rooted and forward-looking.

The presentation will also highlight the project’s material strategy—showcasing how understanding the unique properties of each component helped amplify the design intent and bring the concept to life with clarity and impact.
