Last Friday marked the soft opening of The Olde Naples Hotel, introducing a hospitality experience designed as a contemporary interpretation of Old Florida living — relaxed, refined, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

As Architect of Record, Nichols Architects played a key role throughout every stage of the project, helping bring the vision to life through the coordination and refinement of the many details that shape the guest experience behind the scenes. The project reflects a strong collaborative effort, with Naples’ coastal heritage informing each design decision from concept through completion.

The interiors blend natural materials, soft coastal tones, and layered detailing to create spaces that feel intimate, timeless, and welcoming. Inspired by Naples’ historic charm, the hotel brings together thoughtful design and modern hospitality to create a new destination for both visitors and the local community.
