
Utilities Deal Completed For Worldcenter’s Block E – TheNextMiami

A utilities agreement has been completed for Block E at Miami Worldcenter, as reported by TheNextMiami. The addendum was recorded on July 21st, and it modifies a previous utilities deal, revising planned usage that includes a bar/cocktail lounge, full-service restaurant and office spaces.
Designed by Nichols Architects and developed by Flow, the retail building at Block E is planned to rise 3 stories, with some of its air rights used on Miami World Towers, a 4-tower complex also designed by Nichols on the same city block.
