Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach has officially topped off, marking the completion of vertical construction for the brand’s first standalone residential tower. The milestone represents a defining moment for the project as it continues to transform the Pompano Beach skyline, with 85% of residences already sold.

Executives, development partners, the sales team, and future residents gathered to celebrate the occasion as the tower reached its full height — bringing the vision for the oceanfront development one step closer to completion.

Led by the design vision of Nichols Architects, the tower reflects a contemporary interpretation of coastal living through fluid architectural lines and an organic form inspired by the natural movement and textures of the shoreline. The design embraces its waterfront setting with a seamless connection between architecture, landscape, and hospitality-inspired living.
