Codina Launches In-House Multifamily Property Management – SFBJ
Codina Partners will take management in house for its properties, including two major new developments in Miami-Dade County.
The Coral Gables-based developer launched its Multi-Family Property Management Division exclusively for its own portfolio, reported Brian Bandell from South Florida Business Journal.
The first one will be Regency Parc, a project that broke ground in Coral Gables in 2023. The 126-unit luxury apartment complex designed by Nichols Architects will have larger units for people used to having single-family homes. When Regency Parc is done in December, Codina wants his firm managing its 24/7 concierge, housekeeping, its security and its amenities. There will be a director of resident experience. The security system will be powered by artificial intelligence and use facial recognition technology, so residents can access amenities without a key fob.
Other amenities in Regency Parc will include a wellness pavilion with a fitness center and full spa, a social space, and a 17-seat screening room.
A second project on their porfolio will also be managed in house.
