James Nozar, who previously served as CEO for Strategic Property Partners and played a central role in launching Water Street Tampa, has been named President of Development at Kettler. In his new role, he will oversee the Gasworx development in Ybor City among other initiatives.

Nichols Architects has had the privilege of partnering with Strategic Property Partners on Water Street Tampa, as hospitality architecture experts on three completed buildings in Phase I and now on a residential project on the ongoing Phase II.
